30-day money-back guarantee

If you purchased a monologue license and are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

Email support@monologue.app with your purchase email address or order number. That's all we need.

Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.

After a refund

Once a refund is processed, your license will be deactivated. You are welcome to re-purchase at any time.
